Their mother and I broke up and she had custody for awhile. She died and her parents handled the estate as executors. I believe that the grandparents have fraudulently robbed my daughters of their inheritance which is at least $185,000 plus the value of a car, purchased new one year prior to her death, for $30k. The girls received about $14k each- that is all. Shouldn’t they be entitled to more? I attempted to discuss these matters with the grandmother, Marjorie , but she refused to disclose any information. There is bad blood between us because after my ex wife' death I had to take the grandparents to Court to obtain custody of the girls, which I won. I believe that there is a strong case here.
